MARINELLA MORAN RETURNS SHOWBIZ AS AN ACTRESS AND AS PRODUCER

BY TIMMY BASIL IT'S nice to see and meet once again former Philippine sexy actressMarinella Moran in flesh after several years  when she guested in our Eurotv show, "Sikat Noon, Sikat Ngayon"  with Lito de Guzman and Irene Solevilla last Saturday.        She gained weight but it's normal for a mother of 3 but she's still very beautiful. Marinella is based now in Singapore but from now on, she will be frequent in the Philippines because she is staging a comeback in Philippine showbusiness not just an actress but a movie producer as well.  

She is reunited with her former manager Lito de Guzman where the duo will be working hand in hand in a movie to be shoot very very soon as producers.       During the course of the live interview, Marinella cried as a gesture of her gratitude to his manager for guiding her during her younger days as a sexy star.        Lito is very proud of her talents (mostly sexy stars) because all of them have a good life and nobody lives under the bridge (squater). 

Marinella was not alone in her guesting, she was with Hazel Espinosa, another sexy star and Marinella's best buddy and bestfriend before.       The recalled how they spent their younger years in showbusiness, they worked so hard but they partied so much also. MEETING HER OLD REPORTER FRIENDS        After her guesting at Eurotv, Marinella proceeded to Pandan Restaurant in Tomas Morato where almost all of her old reporter friends (some of them are already dead) for a press conference.  

Marinella repeatedly mentioned that one of the reasons why she returns to showbiz and decided to become a movie producer because she wants to reconnect and be united  with her old reporter friends again (mostly gays) because they were the ones who helped her   before in terms of publicity in the newspapers.  

She admitted that back then, she had few celebrity friends but majority of her friends are reporters who were witnessed of her real character.        At the presidential table, Marinella accompanied by her son Alex, 3 years old and   very handsome.      This writer asked Marinella if Alex will be joining showbiz soon and Marinella replied that if Alex wants to be in showbiz, why not but the priority is his studies.    When asked about the detail of her first movie as a producer and her role, Marinella said that they are still ironing everything  and if they are ready , it calls for another press conference .   LUCKY PLAZA , SINGAPORE BOUTIQUE

      A few years back before the pandemic hits the world, Marinella had a high end boutique in Lucky Plaza, Singapore where all of her clients belong to the  upper class of the Singaporean society.      When we visited Singapore (along with co-movie writers Rommel Placente, John Fontanilla, among others) we dropped by at her shop and we were granted an interview on her and  her neighbors stall owners where shocked because they didn't know that Marinella was once an actress in the Philippines.       After the interview, gave us $100 Singaporean dollars each for a shopping for pasalubong back home.
