Dear Sir Timmy, 

This is to confirm that Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. allows you to cover the Binibining Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night this Sunday, July 11, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Be at the Green Gate at 7:00pm for the swab testing proper and designation of seats. Or, bring a PCR swab result with a 48-hour validity to be presented to our medical services. Kindly reply to this email for confirmation of slot for swab testing.

Attached also is the media accreditation contract that should be accomplished by every media company / pageant website. Accomplish this form and present to either Mr. Rey Santos or yours truly at the Green Gate.  NO ACCOMPLISHED MEDIA AGREEMENT FORM, NO ENTRY in the coliseum. Media passes and seat assignments will be given upon confirmation of a negative swab result and the submission of the signed contracts. 

We will be very strict in implementing safety protocols in the venue, so we do hope for your cooperation.
